About Us
We are a group of technical, action-oriented and dynamic professionals with vast knowledge and practical ground level experiences in sustainable agriculture, soil and water, and livelihoods.
We provide services tailored to the specific needs of the clients in diverse areas including agriculture, livelihoods, climate change adaptation and mitigation, natural resource management, forestry and biodiversity, education, health, and environment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality services that meet national and international standards, while also promoting sustainable practices that care for the environment and local communities.
Our Goal
Enhance Life and Livelihoods (ELL) LLP aims at upgrading the quality of people’s life through improved knowledge, capacity and skills.
Our Core Competencies
Project Designing: writing contextualized need-based concept notes and developing project proposals
Project Implementation and management
Project monitoring and evaluation, including baseline, midline and endline/impact assessments
Conduct studies and events; such as exposure visits, conference
Develop training materials viz. training modules, manuals, and IEC materials
Capacity Building, including Training of Trainers (ToT), community trainings, training for skill development
Develop documents such as reports and publications

Our Services
Agriculture
We provide services for sustainable farming practices of crops, livestock and fisheries to enhance the socio- economic status of farmers. We also offer technical support services to build capacities of professionals as well as the farming communities. Our services include (but not limited to) designing, implementing and managing agricultural projects, promoting climate resilient agricultural practices, crop diversification, water management, organic farming, and regenerative agriculture.
Climate Change/Environment
Climate Change adaptation work of ELL works across various thematic areas to support vulnerable communities in building resilience to climate change. Our service areas include Mainstreaming Ecosystem-Based Adaptation, Food Security and Agriculture, Climate Information and Early Warning Systems, renewable energy, waste management, and biodiversity conservation.
Natural Resource Management
We work for the sustainability of the ecosystem and the community through management of ground- and surface-water resources, and improvement of soil health. We also provide relevant capacity building exercises to relevant professionals, including government and non-government officials, and generate awareness among the community.
Environmental Education:
We are dedicated to environmental education and Sustainability. We provide scientific knowledge, hands-on activities, and interactive learning experiences to engage and inspire young minds. We conduct workshops and training sessions for educators to enhance their knowledge and skills in delivering effective environmental education. We collaborate with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to launch environmental campaigns. We provide online sessions and interactive tools to support educators, students, and individuals in their environmental learning journey.
Health
We provide services that focus on promoting holistic health and well-being through natural and traditional means. ELL provides a range of services, including yoga therapy, naturopathy, lifestyle modification counseling, and wellness programs.. We facilitate health camps and related events, and conduct health education and awareness programs on various topics such as nutrition, drinking water, sanitation, hygiene, disease prevention, and child health.
